Who is responsible

The data controller for kgabrielkaseke.com is KTechnology Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16625813). The registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Contact the controller at hello@kgabrielkaseke.com. There is no separate data-protection officer named for this site.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information processed through this website. It does not cover other websites you open from a link here, including KABSolutions, the KTechnology Solutions website, and Amazon. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices.

The consultation form

The form at /consultation asks for:

  • Full name, email address and phone number
  • Business name, and a website address if you choose to give one
  • What the business does
  • A current revenue range
  • The main operational challenges, the systems already in place, and the primary goal over the next 6 to 12 months
  • Whether you are prepared to invest in business systems
  • A budget range
  • A preferred consultation method: phone, video call, or in person if suitable

When you submit the form, those answers are emailed to hello@kgabrielkaseke.com. They are not written into a separate database on this website. The message is kept in that mailbox, which is provided by Titan Email, so we can read the enquiry and reply. Titan stores the mail for us. Its own privacy notice describes how it handles messages, including any processing outside the United Kingdom.

After the email is accepted, the site keeps a short-lived flag in your browser's session storage, not a cookie, so the thank-you page can confirm the send. The flag does not contain your answers, and the browser removes it when you close the tab.

If the email cannot be sent, the form says so and asks you to write to hello@kgabrielkaseke.com instead. A success message is shown only after the email has been accepted.

Email

If you email hello@kgabrielkaseke.com, we receive the address you write from and whatever you put in the message. We use that correspondence to read the enquiry and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list. This site has no newsletter and no marketing sign-up.

We keep consultation emails, and other messages sent to hello@kgabrielkaseke.com, in that mailbox for up to 24 months after the last message in the exchange. We delete them sooner if you ask. We may keep them longer when they are needed for a contract or a legal claim.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. When you request a page, the host processes connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. That processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Vercel may process those connection logs outside the United Kingdom. The safeguards it uses are described in Vercel's privacy policy. The consultation form is submitted to a function on that host, which then emails the answers to our mailbox. The answers are not stored in a database on the website.

Cookies and similar technology

This site does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies or other non-essential cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, a tag manager, advertising pixels or a social plug-in that tracks you. Fonts and images are served from this site, not loaded from a third party in your browser.

The only similar technology in normal use is the session-storage flag described above, and only after a consultation email has been accepted. Session storage is not a cookie. It is limited to that browser tab and is not used to recognise you on a later visit.

Because no non-essential cookies are set, the site does not show a cookie banner. If that changes, this section will be updated first, and a notice will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not build a profile of you for advertising. We do not take payment on this site. Book purchases on Amazon are handled by Amazon, under Amazon's own terms. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Please do not send special-category information, such as health data, unless we have asked you for it. The form does not ask for it.

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Legal bases

Where we do process personal information, we rely on:

  • Steps you ask us to take before a contract, when you submit the consultation form or email us about working together (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Legitimate interests in answering correspondence and in keeping the website secure and available (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We do not rely on consent for cookies, because no non-essential cookies are set.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict it, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a right to data portability applies, you can ask for the information in a portable form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Email hello@kgabrielkaseke.com to use these rights. We may need to confirm it is you. We will respond within one month, or tell you if we need longer, as the UK GDPR allows.

Changes

If the form, cookies, analytics or the organisations we use change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. The current version is always the one published here.

The Terms of Use explain how the site may be used.
